It is the best vitamin I have ever used and I will always purchase it.
I have been using this for years and I am very happy with it. Recommended after a hospital stay. I am hardly ever ill or catch a cold anymore.
So pleased with this, it does what it promises
Really good. I'm very satisfied. I've been using it for years. What I find most pleasant is that it doesn't cause any "burping" after taking it. Also, there is no aftertaste.
I didn't realise it contains soya: I can't tolerate it, which makes this product absolutely unsuitable for me.

Good day, I have been experiencing hair loss for quite some time now, and I am taking Biotin 5000 µg which helps. However, recently I have been feeling some [tension] and fatigue. Is it possible to combine Biotin 5000 µg with VM Prime For Women? Or should I consider taking something else? I would prefer to take 2 capsules a day rather than a whole lot. Thank you in advance!
On 07 december 2018 by Customer serviceYes, it is generally advisable to use a multivitamin as a base and possibly supplement it with extra biotin. There is no maximum dose for biotin, so you can combine the 5000 mcg with any desired multivitamin, including the VM-Prime for Women. This multi provides 100 mcg of biotin per tablet. This is usually sufficient as a maintenance dose (100 mcg is 200% of the Recommended Daily Allowance), but there is nothing wrong with using the 5000 mcg alongside it.
You can also consider combining VM-Prime For Women (and Biotin 5000) with Solgar's Balance Rhodiola Complex. This formula is used for mental pressure and tension (Rhodiola, Liquorice root, and Siberian ginseng) and supports energy levels (magnesium, vitamin B-3, B-5, B-6).
What is the main reason that there is no iron in this formula?

However, it's important to know that everyone is unique. Depending on individual needs and life stage, additional iron may be necessary. In such cases, a separate iron supplement could be considered, after consulting with a healthcare professional.
I've read that some people say they take 1, 2, and 3 per day. However, the packaging states 1 tablet per day. What is recommended? Kind regards, Ilse

Hello, as a 51-year-old, I would like to order this multi. However, I have previously experienced a vitamin B6 overdose with associated symptoms, and it's not entirely clear to me how it stands with this vitamin at the moment (Oct 20) - and whether the recommended dosage is safe for me to use. On 31 march 2025 by Customer serviceThe safe daily dose of B6 from supplementation is 21 mg. This multi contains 16.6 mg, which is relatively high compared to other multivitamins. Additionally, the B6 is in the inactive form pyridoxine HCI, which still needs to be converted into the active form, a process that does not occur efficiently in everyone and can therefore lead to accumulation. We advise you to choose a multi where B6 is dosed lower in the active form pyridoxal-5-phosphate (P5P). P5P has the advantage that the vitamin no longer needs to be converted by the body into its biologically active form.
