I've particularly noticed a significant improvement in my nails; they are stronger, smoother, and no longer break or tear.
I use it daily. So far, so good.
Since I've been taking these, I haven't bitten my nails anymore! Wonderful!!! Because I've tried everything for that and thought they were just weak. Since I've been taking these, they've become beautifully strong and shiny, and as a bonus, my skin and hair are glowing. So happy with it!

At present, I am using sweetbunny hair vitamins. I am very satisfied with this product. However, a blood test revealed that my vitamin B6 levels are too high, which can lead to nerve disorders and other issues. This may be due to pyridoxine hydrochloride. I was advised to stop taking the supplements. Now, my dietitian recommends using your vitamins. But does this substance not appear in your products? Kind regards, Riet.
