What is the main difference between Formula VM-75 & Formula VM-2000?
On 07 december 2018 by Customer serviceThe VM-2000 was originally designed as a 2-per-day formula but is currently sold in the Netherlands as a 1-per-day formula. The VM-75 has been developed from the outset as a 1-per-day formula.
The VM-75 contains a higher amount of B vitamins per tablet (75 mg instead of 50 mg), double the amount of vitamin D (10 mcg instead of 5 mcg), double the amount of iodine (150 mcg instead of 75 mcg), and a higher amount of zinc (10 mg instead of 7.5 mg). These higher amounts relate to the fact that the VM-2000 was developed as a 2-per-day formula.
In terms of iron, the VM-75 is lower in dosage, containing 1.3 mg instead of 5 mg per tablet. This is more important for women than for men, and for vegans more than non-vegans. Endurance athletes also benefit from additional iron.
As a 1-per-day formula, the VM-75 is therefore higher dosed in most ingredients compared to the VM-2000.
Can I use this product in conjunction with Man Multiple, or will there be overlap and therefore excessively high dosages of certain vitamins? And is it even worthwhile?
On 21 january 2025 by Customer serviceIt's best to choose one of the two products. There is no added value in taking both products as they are multivitamins. If you exercise regularly and do physical work, then the VM2000 is a good choice. Otherwise, it's perfectly fine to just use Man Multiple.
Hello, I have a question about the label on the jar. But underneath, there is another one which states, among other things, that of the B vitamins, B6 is 5mg and B12 is 50 mcg. I would like to know what exactly is in it? Kind regards, YH

According to the information we have, the amount of B6 in this product has been reduced from 50 mg to 5 mg per tablet. This should correspond with what is on the label under the jar.
