Order

How do I search for a product?

Searching for a product begins by typing your search term into the search bar located at the top of our website. You will then see an overview of all products related to your query.  
Please note: it may happen that items from our range are temporarily unavailable. We will communicate this clearly to you.

Search by brand

You can search by brand via the search bar or our brand stores.

Themes

Themes display products that belong to a particular theme: think of 'hay fever', 'energy', or 'good intentions'. The products from the special stores can of course also be found via the search bar.

My parcel has been dispatched, but I haven't received anything.

Your order is being shipped with PostNL. Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive an email from us with a track & trace code. With this code, you can see when your order will be delivered and where your parcel is located.

Track your parcel via PostNL: Track & trace (enter your track & trace code and postcode)

PostNL will attempt delivery of your parcel once. Not at home? Then it will be taken to a PostNL collection point near you. It will be available there for 7 days for you to collect. Please note: PostNL no longer leaves notes, so keep an eye on the track & trace code for updates or changes.

Parcel marked as 'delivered', but not received

First, check the following:

  • Check in the track & trace if the parcel might have been delivered to the neighbours.
  • Check if the parcel has been sent to a collection point.
  • See if it has been left in or around your house (sometimes placed by the back door or in a shed).

Have you checked everything and still not received the parcel?
Then contact our customer service via info@vitaminstore.nl. We will then initiate an investigation with PostNL and ensure an appropriate solution.

Can I get a VAT invoice for my order?

If you would like a digital invoice, please create an account before placing your order. After your order, you can easily download the invoice by clicking on the order in your account and then clicking the button "download invoice (pdf)" at the top right.

We no longer send paper invoices with online orders.

The product I ordered is broken, missing, or the wrong product, what now?

We do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered complete and in good condition. Unfortunately, sometimes things do go wrong. We advise you to take a clear photo of the condition of the product upon receipt and email it to us along with the order number and your details via info@vitaminstore.nl. In consultation, we will provide an appropriate solution.

What is the delivery time for your products/my order?

Our range consists of different product groups, each with its own delivery time:

Order by 23:59, receive it tomorrow
This applies to the majority of our range that is directly available, including all Vitaminstore brand and Solgar products.

  • Orders placed on weekdays before 23:59 are usually shipped the same day.
  • Orders placed between Saturday and Sunday at 21:00 are shipped on Sunday.


Order by 21:00, receive it the day after tomorrow
This applies to products with a slightly longer delivery time, such as specific brands. If you order between  Thursday 21:00 and Sunday 21:00, your order will be processed and shipped on Monday.

*During busy periods or exceptions (such as holidays or promotions), delivery may take a little longer. Once your order is on its way, we will keep you updated via email.

How do I place an order?

When you order online, you can choose to have the order delivered to an address (home, work, as a gift to another address) or to collect the ordered products at a pick-up point or a Vitaminstore shop near you.

Placing an order on our website is simple and consists of the following steps:

  1. When you have placed a product in your shopping cart, you can choose to order immediately (click "go to shopping cart") or save for later (click "continue shopping").
  2. Once you have placed all your desired products in the shopping cart, you can proceed to the next step of ordering.
  3. Do you have a discount code? Then enter it in the box under the orange button "Proceed to checkout" (Apply discount code (optional)) and click apply.
  4. Then click the orange button "Proceed to checkout"
  5. In this step, you can log into your customer account, create an account (register*) if you are ordering for the first time, or continue as a guest. If you are logged in, you will go directly to shipping & payment.
  6. Then choose at Delivery whether you want the order delivered to an address, delivered to a pick-up point, or collected from one of our shops.
  7. At Delivery methods, choose how you want the package delivered; Regular PostNL delivery, evening delivery, or pick-up at a pick-up point.
  8. In the Summary, you will see what the total amount is and which items you want to order. If you want to change something, click the button at the bottom of the page "Back to shopping cart".
  9. Is everything correct? Then you can choose the payment method. Then scroll down and click at the bottom on the orange button: "Proceed to payment". After this, you can no longer change anything in the order.
  10. After clicking the 'Proceed to payment' button, the order is completed and will be processed by us. If you still see something that is not correct, please contact our customer service.

What is the status of my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a track & trace link from PostNL. This allows you to see exactly where your parcel is and when you can expect it.

You can also always check the status in your Vitaminstore account under My Orders. Don't have an account or haven't received a shipping email? Please check your spam folder.

Not yet dispatched? Most orders are shipped within 1-2 working days:

  • Ordered before 23:59 = delivery tomorrow (applies to most products)
  • Ordered before 21:00 = delivery the day after tomorrow (applies to specific brands)

Note: During busy periods (such as holidays or promotions), processing and delivery may take a little longer. We will keep you updated via email.

How can I cancel or change my order?

With our order system, we can no longer cancel or change placed orders. If you still wish to change or cancel your order, you can refuse your package at the door, after which your order will be returned to us. See returns for more information.

Of course, it is also possible to cancel your received order yourself within 14 days, provided the product is unopened or undamaged. See returns for more information.

How do I apply my discount code?

Go to the shopping cart (click the shopping cart button at the top right) and under the orange button "Proceed to checkout" you will see the Apply discount code box (optional), click on it and type or paste your discount code in the box and the discount will be applied for you.

I've forgotten my discount code, what now?

Have you placed an order within a promotional period and forgotten to apply your discount code? Then contact our customer service via info@vitaminstore.nl. Provide your details, your order number, and your valid discount code, and we will ensure your discount is applied to your order.
