Order

How do I search for a product?

To search for a product, start by typing your search term into the search bar, which you'll find at the top of our website. You will then see an overview of all products related to your search query. 

Search by Brand

You can search by brand using the search bar or our brand shops.

Themes

Themes display products that belong to a specific theme: think of 'hay fever', 'energy', or 'good resolutions'. The products from the special shops can of course also be found via the search bar.

My parcel has been dispatched, but I haven't received anything.

Your order is being shipped with PostNL. Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive an email from us with a track & trace code. With this code, you can see when your order will be delivered and where your parcel is located.

Track your parcel via PostNL: Track & trace (enter your track & trace code and postcode)

PostNL will attempt delivery of your parcel once. Not at home? Then it will be taken to a PostNL collection point near you. It will be available there for 7 days for you to collect. Please note: PostNL no longer leaves notes, so keep an eye on the track & trace code for updates or changes.

Parcel marked as 'delivered', but not received

First, check the following:

  • Check in the track & trace if the parcel might have been delivered to the neighbours.
  • Check if the parcel has been sent to a collection point.
  • See if it has been left in or around your house (sometimes placed by the back door or in a shed).

Have you checked everything and still not received the parcel?
Then contact our customer service via info@vitaminstore.nl. We will then initiate an investigation with PostNL and ensure an appropriate solution.

Can I receive a VAT invoice for my order?

If you would like a digital invoice, please create an account before placing an order. After your purchase, you can easily download the invoice by clicking on the order in my orders within your account and then clicking the button “download invoice (pdf)” at the top right.


If you would like to receive an invoice as a guest, please contact our customer service at info@vitaminstore.nl after placing your order and mention your order number


We no longer send paper invoices with online orders. 

My product is missing or I've received the wrong product

That’s unfortunate! We strive to ensure your order is delivered complete and correctly, but sometimes things do go awry.

Please contact our customer service directly at info@vitaminstore.nl . Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Which product is missing or incorrect
  • If incorrect product: a photo of what you received

We will then promptly arrange an appropriate solution by sending the correct product or refunding your order.

What is the delivery time for your products/my order?

Our range consists of different product groups, each with its own delivery time. On the product page, depending on the product, there are two types of delivery times:

Order by 23:59, delivered tomorrow
This applies to the majority of our range that is directly available, including all Vitaminstore brand and Solgar products.

  • Orders placed on weekdays before 23:59 are typically dispatched the same day.
  • Orders placed between Saturday and Sunday 21:00 are dispatched on Sunday.


Order today, delivered in 1-2 working days!
This applies to products with a slightly longer delivery time, such as specific brands. If you order this product between Thursday and Sunday, your order will be processed and dispatched on Monday.

If your order contains products with different delivery times, they will be combined and delivered in one go. As a result, the delivery time of 1–2 working days applies.

*During busy periods or exceptions (such as holidays or promotions), delivery may take a little longer. Once your order is on its way, we will keep you updated via email.

How do I place an order?

When you order online at Vitaminstore, you can choose to have your order delivered to an address (home, work, or as a gift to another address) or to collect it from a pick-up point or a Vitaminstore shop near you.

Placing an order goes as follows:

  1. Place a product in your shopping basket.
    • Want to order straight away? Then click ‘Go to basket’.
    • Want to continue shopping? Click ‘Continue shopping’.
  2. Have you added all your desired products? Then proceed to the next step.
  3. Do you have a discount code?
    • Enter it below the orange button ‘Proceed to checkout’ at Apply discount code (optional) and click ‘Apply’.
  4. Click ‘Proceed to checkout’.
  5. Log in to your customer account, create a new account (for your first order) or choose to proceed as a guest .
    • Already logged in? You will be taken directly to shipping & payment.
  6. Choose at Delivery how you want to receive the order:
    • Delivered to an address
    • Collect from a pick-up point
    • Collect from a Vitaminstore shop
  7. Choose at Delivery methods your preference, such as:
    • Regular PostNL delivery
    • Evening delivery
    • Collect from a pick-up point
  8. Check the summary of your order:
    • View the total amount and items.
    • Want to make any changes? Then click ‘Back to basket’.
  9. Is everything correct? Then choose your payment method.
  10. Scroll down and click ‘Proceed to payment’.
    • After this step, you can no longer make changes yourself.
  11. Once the payment is completed, your order will be processed by us.

Do you notice anything wrong after ordering? Then contact our customer service as soon as possible via info@vitaminstore.nl.

What is the status of my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a track & trace link from PostNL. This allows you to precisely track where your parcel is and when you can expect it.

You can always check the status in your Vitaminstore account under My Orders. Haven't got an account or haven't received a shipping email? Please check your spam folder or contact our customer service via info@vitaminstore.nl/en.

Not yet dispatched? Most orders are shipped within 1-2 working days:

  • Ordered before 23:59 = delivered tomorrow (applies to most products)
  • Ordered today, delivered in 1-2 working days (applies to specific brands)

Please note: During busy periods (such as holidays or promotions), processing and delivery may take a bit longer. We will keep you updated via email.

How can I cancel or change my order?

Once an order is placed, unfortunately, we cannot cancel or change it. Our system processes orders immediately to ensure prompt delivery.

What can you do?

Haven't received your order yet?

  • Refuse the package at the door with the courier
  • It will then automatically be returned to us
  • You will receive the purchase amount back in your account within 14 working days

Already received your order?

  • Return it within 14 days of receipt
  • Products must be unopened and undamaged
  • See "How do I return my order?" for the procedure

How do I apply my discount code?

  1. Click on the shopping cart at the top right corner
  2. Under the orange button "Proceed to checkout", you will see "Apply discount code (optional)"
  3. Click on it and enter your discount code
  4. The discount will be applied automatically

You will see the discount directly in your shopping cart before you check out.

Having trouble?
Check whether:

  • The discount code is entered correctly (pay attention to capitalisation and spaces)
  • The code is still valid (not expired)
  • The code applies to the products in your shopping cart
  • You have reached the minimum order amount (if applicable)

Still not working? Get in touch via info@vitaminstore.nl/en with the discount code you are trying to apply.

I've forgotten my discount code, what now?

Have you placed an order within a promotional period and forgotten to apply your discount code? Then contact our customer service via info@vitaminstore.nl. Provide your details, your order number, and your valid discount code, and we will ensure your discount is applied to your order.
