Quick question: am I allowed to take additional magnesium/calcium tablets alongside this vitamin (1 tablet per day)? Which ones would you recommend taking alongside this?

Is it possible that there are substances in the VM-75 pills that cause headaches and dizziness in some people? I've been experiencing these symptoms to some extent since I started taking the pills about 4 days ago. Kind regards, Niels

It's difficult to pinpoint exactly which substance is the trigger, as there are so many different (auxiliary) substances in a multivitamin. We recommend stopping the use for a while and then restarting after 2 weeks. If you experience symptoms again, we advise you to discontinue using VM-75 altogether.
