I have been using this vitamin for years. I particularly appreciate the high b***k dosages in combination with Solgar magnesium.

It's difficult to pinpoint exactly which substance is the trigger, as there are so many different (auxiliary) substances in a multivitamin. We recommend stopping the use for a while and then restarting after 2 weeks. If you experience symptoms again, we advise you to discontinue using VM-75 altogether.
