Can a 14-year-old use it?
On 15 september 2022 by Customer serviceThis multi can be used for a 14-year-old, but a teen multi is more suitable for a teenager.
Quick question: am I allowed to take additional magnesium/calcium tablets alongside this vitamin (1 tablet per day)? Which ones would you recommend taking alongside this?
On 04 september 2022 by Customer serviceThe FM 75 from Solgar can be perfectly combined with magnesium and calcium. A good magnesium with calcium from Solgar is the Calcium-magnesium citrate tablets. https://www.vitaminstore.nl/product/solgar-vitamins-calcium-magnesium-citrate-tabletten-810
Can you use these vitamins while breastfeeding?
On 26 march 2021 by Customer serviceNo, we always advise choosing a pregnancy multivitamin during the lactation period. A pregnancy multivitamin is suitable for use before, during, and after pregnancy, and is tailored to meet a woman's needs throughout this time.
Can this be used together with flavo-zinc lozenges?
On 11 december 2020 by Customer serviceAs long as you adhere to the recommended daily dosage, you can combine these products.
Is it possible that there are substances in the VM-75 pills that cause headaches and dizziness in some people? I've been experiencing these symptoms to some extent since I started taking the pills about 4 days ago. Kind regards, Niels
On 04 october 2020 by Customer serviceThere is always a possibility that you might react sensitively to something. It's difficult to pinpoint exactly which substance is the trigger, as there are so many different (auxiliary) substances in a multivitamin. We recommend stopping the use for a while and then restarting after 2 weeks. If you experience symptoms again, we advise you to discontinue using VM-75 altogether.
