Returns
It's unfortunate that your order didn't quite meet your expectations! Returning a product or order is easy within 14 days. You can use our return portal to manage your returns online quickly and easily. We'll explain the return process below.
But first, the conditions: For products where hygiene is important, such as tablets, capsules, powders, drinks, creams, and oils, these products cannot be returned for health protection reasons if the seal has been broken after delivery. If you have damaged products through use, we may charge you for this.
Step 1: Register Your Return
Enter your order number and email address on our online return portal. Here, you can indicate which products from your order you wish to return and state the reason for the return. In some cases, we may ask you to add a clear photo so we can assess your return.
If your return is approved, you can choose to return it to one of our Vitaminstore shops or via a courier service. If you choose to ship via a courier service, you will pay the shipping costs associated with this service immediately in the return portal. These costs depend on the carrier of your choice and can be found in the return portal. You will then receive a return label.
Step 2: Pack and Deliver Your Return
Carefully pack the items you wish to return. We recommend using the packaging in which you received your order. If you return the package to one of our Vitaminstore shops, you won't need a return label and returns are free.
If you return the package via a courier service, attach your return label to your package. Make sure your old shipping label is unreadable. You can also choose to receive a QR code, so you don't have to print a return label. Note that if you choose this option, you can only drop off the package at a staffed parcel point.
Refund
The purchase amount will be refunded as soon as possible but no later than 14 days after receipt of the return package. We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, but you can also opt for a Vitaminstore Coupon, which you can redeem on our website and in our shops.
