Statutory Warranty
All items purchased from us are covered by the statutory warranty. This means that an item must be in good condition and function properly under normal use.
If you receive an item that does not meet these standards, you can contact our customer service quoting your order number. We will do our utmost to find an appropriate solution for you as quickly as possible.
Additional Warranty and/or Manufacturer's Warranty
Some products, such as a portion of our hardware range, come with an additional manufacturer's warranty. This warranty is provided by the manufacturer or importer of the product in question. Information regarding such a warranty can be found on the product page and/or the product's leaflet. In many cases, it is best to contact the manufacturer or importer directly. Nevertheless, our customer service is always ready to point you in the right direction.
