Vitaminclub Terms and Conditions

I. Use of the VITAMINCLUB

1. The VITAMINCLUB membership is strictly personal and non-transferable.

2. All VITAMINCLUB customer data is owned by Vitamin Store Nederland BV and Vitaminstore Online BV.

3. As a VITAMINCLUB Member, you earn Membership points with every purchase at Vitamin Store Nederland BV and Vitaminstore Online BV.

II. Earning Vitaminclub points

1. With a valid VITAMINCLUB Membership, you earn 1 (one) point for every full euro (€1) spent.

2. VITAMINCLUB points are awarded on all purchases except for the purchase of VITAMINCLUB gift vouchers and are calculated based on the net amount paid.

3. VITAMINCLUB points are valid for 2 years from the date of issue.

4. You only receive VITAMINCLUB points when you present your VITAMINCLUB Membership at the time of purchase.

5. If you return or exchange purchased items, the awarded VITAMINCLUB points will be deducted or adjusted. When returning or exchanging, your VITAMINCLUB points balance will be adjusted based on the amount to be refunded (deduction) or additionally paid (increase) in euro, according to the ratio mentioned in Article II.1.

6. Vitamin Store Nederland BV and Vitaminstore Online BV reserve the right to make changes to the points system and the number of VITAMINCLUB points awarded per amount spent. Changes also apply to points already earned. See also Article V.

III. Redeeming VITAMINCLUB points

1. You will be regularly informed in writing about your VITAMINCLUB points balance.

2. Two hundred and fifty (250) VITAMINCLUB points on your VITAMINCLUB Membership entitle you to a cash discount of ten euros (€10) on your purchase with a minimum spend of thirty-five euros (€35).

IV. Special offers

A VITAMINCLUB Member can benefit from special offers from Vitamin Store Nederland BV and Vitaminstore Online BV. These offers are compiled by Vitamin Store Nederland BV and Vitaminstore Online BV. Such offers are only valid for the duration of the promotion period and while stocks last.

V. Changes

Vitamin Store Nederland BV and Vitaminstore Online BV reserve the right to withdraw offers, change offers, or make new offers at any time and under all circumstances. Vitamin Store Nederland BV and Vitaminstore Online BV also reserve the right to change the number of points for cash discounts. Information about changes can be found at www.vitaminstore.nl. The version date of the relevant document serves as the effective date for the change. The VITAMINCLUB Member cannot derive any rights other than those mentioned under V from being unaware of any change.

VI. VITAMINCLUB Member data

1. The data of the VITAMINCLUB Member will be processed in a personal registration. No data from this personal registration will be made available to third parties unless this is necessary in the context of the issuance, use, and/or settlement of the VITAMINCLUB Membership.

2. Address changes and other changes or additions relevant to Vitamin Store Nederland BV and Vitaminstore Online BV in connection with the use of the VITAMINCLUB Membership must be reported to Vitamin Store Nederland BV and Vitaminstore Online BV. You can also send a letter to Vitamin Store Nederland BV and Vitaminstore Online BV, stating your VITAMINCLUB Membership number, name, and residential address. Changes can also be communicated by phone, stating your VITAMINCLUB Membership number, old address, and new address. You can also visit your local Vitaminstore.

3. As a VITAMINCLUB Member, you will regularly receive information about offers, products, and promotions. If you do not wish to receive this information, you can notify Vitamin Store Nederland BV and Vitaminstore Online BV in writing or at your local Vitaminstore.

4. You have the right to access your data. You can submit such a request in writing or by email to Vitamin Store Nederland BV and Vitaminstore Online BV via info@vitaminstore.nl or by letter (card) to Vitamin Store Nederland BV and Vitaminstore Online BV, Raasdorperweg 54, 1067TL Amsterdam.

5. The VITAMINCLUB Member is responsible for providing their current address details to Vitamin Store Nederland BV and Vitaminstore Online BV and informing them of any name or address changes.

VII. Liability

Vitamin Store Nederland BV and Vitaminstore Online BV are not liable for unauthorized use - by you or third parties - of your VITAMINCLUB Membership, nor for the fraudulent redemption of VITAMINCLUB points, nor for the consequences of replacing a lost, stolen, or damaged points voucher.

VIII. Validity

Your VITAMINCLUB Membership is valid for two years after your last purchase. After the expiration of the relevant period, your VITAMINCLUB Membership is no longer valid unless Vitamin Store Nederland BV and Vitaminstore Online BV unilaterally decide otherwise.

V. Changes

Vitamin Store Nederland BV and Vitaminstore Online BV reserve the right to withdraw offers, change offers, or make new offers at any time and under all circumstances. Vitamin Store Nederland BV and Vitaminstore Online BV also reserve the right to change the number of points for cash discounts. Information about changes can be found at www.vitaminstore.nl. The version date of the relevant document serves as the effective date for the change. The VITAMINCLUB Member cannot derive any rights other than those mentioned under V from being unaware of any change.

IX. Termination of participation

1. You have the right to terminate your participation in the VITAMINCLUB Membership programme at any time.

2. You must notify Vitamin Store Nederland BV and Vitaminstore Online BV of your termination in writing via info@vitaminstore.nl or by letter (card) to Vitamin Store Nederland BV and Vitaminstore Online BV, Raasdorperweg 54, 1067TL Amsterdam.
Your earned VITAMINCLUB points balance will immediately expire.

3. After cancellation, the VITAMINCLUB Membership is no longer valid, regardless of the validity period stated on it.

4. After termination, no more VITAMINCLUB points can be credited or debited.

5. The VITAMINCLUB Membership Service, on behalf of Vitamin Store Nederland BV and Vitaminstore Online BV, is entitled to revoke your VITAMINCLUB Membership with immediate effect and cancel your balance of earned VITAMINCLUB points, subject to all its rights, in case of fraud, providing incomplete or incorrect information, acting in violation of these terms and conditions, abusing your rights as a VITAMINCLUB member, or any other action that causes damage to Vitamin Store Nederland BV and Vitaminstore Online BV and/or its branches.

X. Termination of programme

Vitamin Store Nederland BV and Vitaminstore Online BV reserve the right to discontinue the VITAMINCLUB Membership programme. Information about this will be made known to you at www.vitaminstore.nl. After the announcement of the termination of the VITAMINCLUB Membership Programme, you have three (3) months to earn VITAMINCLUB points and redeem already awarded points.

XI. Miscellaneous

1. Vitamin Store Nederland BV and Vitaminstore Online BV reserve the right to amend these general terms and conditions. On the effective date of the amended conditions, these and all previous general terms and conditions will expire.

2. Dutch law applies to this agreement.

3. Disputes arising from this agreement will be submitted to the court in Amsterdam.
