Can I combine Balance Rhodiola Complex with Valdispert Rust (Strong)?
On 10 august 2023 by Customer serviceYou can combine Rhodiola with Valerian, but it's best not to take Rhodiola late in the afternoon and evening. On the other hand, Valerian would be suitable for the evening. If you would like more personalised advice, please contact one of our product specialists.
I would like to try the Balance Rhodiola Complex. However, I am also taking Metarelax sachets from the brand Metagenics. There aren't many similar ingredients in them, but both do contain vitamin B6. In the Metarelax sachets, that's 2 mg, so together that would be a total of 4.5 mg. Could that be harmful? Thank you in advance.

The maximum safe dosage of vitamin B6 is 21 mg daily, and the total intake of 4.5 mg is well below this and is generally not harmful. There is an exception: some people cannot metabolise vitamin B6 well and may experience neurological issues even at very low dosages. This concerns a small group of people; the vast majority can tolerate higher dosages of vitamin B6 without any issues.
Which variant should I choose? Rhodiola Root extract or Balance Rhodiola complex from Solgar? What is the difference in their effects?

The Balance Rhodiola contains a lower dosage of Rhodiola but also includes many other nutrients that provide support for the body and enhance each other's effects. Therefore, the complex has a somewhat broader effect.
