How do I create an account?
Click on Account (or the profile icon) at the top right of the site and click on the button "Create now" under Create a new account for free. Fill in the form completely.
Use only 10 digits for your phone number (so without spaces or hyphens).
If you have a friend code, enter it under "I have a referral code".
Click the Create account button at the bottom and your account is ready for use.

If you created your online account with the same email address that you are known by in our store, your accounts will be automatically merged within a few days. This way, you can earn our Vitaminpoints both in-store and online.
If you are registered in the store with a different email address, please let us know: info@vitaminstore.nl, and we can change it for you.

How do I request a new password?
Forgotten your password?
On the page https://www.vitaminstore.nl/passwordrecovery, enter your email address and click on the 'Reset Password' button. You will then receive a link via your email address to reset your password. If you encounter any issues, please contact our customer service.
Want to change your current password?
First, log in to your account, go to Change Password. There you can enter your current password and a new password.

Changing your email address
To change your email address, go to Login Information, which can be found on the Personal Details page under Details & Preferences.
Changing your address
To change your address, go to Addresses, where you can update your default address, remove addresses, and add new ones. You will receive the Vitaminstore Magazine at your account's default address.
Please note, changes only apply to your Online Account. If you also have an account in-store and wish to update your address details, please send a message to info@vitaminstore.nl or pop into one of our stores.

Themes
Themes display products that belong to a particular theme: think of 'hay fever', 'energy', or 'good intentions'. The products from the special stores can of course also be found via the search bar.

How do I place an order?
When you order online, you can choose to have the order delivered to an address (home, work, as a gift to another address) or to collect the ordered products at a pick-up point or a Vitaminstore shop near you.
Placing an order on our website is simple and consists of the following steps:
- When you have placed a product in your shopping cart, you can choose to order immediately (click "go to shopping cart") or save for later (click "continue shopping").
- Once you have placed all your desired products in the shopping cart, you can proceed to the next step of ordering.
- Do you have a discount code? Then enter it in the box under the orange button "Proceed to checkout" (Apply discount code (optional)) and click apply.
- Then click the orange button "Proceed to checkout"
- In this step, you can log into your customer account, create an account (register*) if you are ordering for the first time, or continue as a guest. If you are logged in, you will go directly to shipping & payment.
- Then choose at Delivery whether you want the order delivered to an address, delivered to a pick-up point, or collected from one of our shops.
- At Delivery methods, choose how you want the package delivered; Regular PostNL delivery, evening delivery, or pick-up at a pick-up point.
- In the Summary, you will see what the total amount is and which items you want to order. If you want to change something, click the button at the bottom of the page "Back to shopping cart".
- Is everything correct? Then you can choose the payment method. Then scroll down and click at the bottom on the orange button: "Proceed to payment". After this, you can no longer change anything in the order.
- After clicking the 'Proceed to payment' button, the order is completed and will be processed by us. If you still see something that is not correct, please contact our customer service.

What is the delivery time for your products/my order?
Our range consists of different product groups, each with its own delivery time:
Order by 23:59, receive it tomorrow
This applies to the majority of our range that is directly available, including all Vitaminstore brand and Solgar products.
- Orders placed on weekdays before 23:59 are usually shipped the same day.
- Orders placed between Saturday and Sunday at 21:00 are shipped on Sunday.
Order by 21:00, receive it the day after tomorrow
This applies to products with a slightly longer delivery time, such as specific brands. If you order between Thursday 21:00 and Sunday 21:00, your order will be processed and shipped on Monday.
*During busy periods or exceptions (such as holidays or promotions), delivery may take a little longer. Once your order is on its way, we will keep you updated via email.
My parcel has been dispatched, but I haven't received anything.
Your order is being shipped with PostNL. Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive an email from us with a track & trace code. With this code, you can see when your order will be delivered and where your parcel is located.
Track your parcel via PostNL: Track & trace (enter your track & trace code and postcode)
PostNL will attempt delivery of your parcel once. Not at home? Then it will be taken to a PostNL collection point near you. It will be available there for 7 days for you to collect. Please note: PostNL no longer leaves notes, so keep an eye on the track & trace code for updates or changes.
Parcel marked as 'delivered', but not received
First, check the following:
- Check in the track & trace if the parcel might have been delivered to the neighbours.
- Check if the parcel has been sent to a collection point.
- See if it has been left in or around your house (sometimes placed by the back door or in a shed).
Have you checked everything and still not received the parcel?
Then contact our customer service via info@vitaminstore.nl. We will then initiate an investigation with PostNL and ensure an appropriate solution.
How can I cancel or change my order?
Once an order has been placed, unfortunately, we can no longer cancel or change it. Our system processes orders immediately to ensure prompt delivery.
What can you do?
Order not yet received?
- Refuse the package at the door with the courier
- It will then automatically be returned to us
- You will receive a refund
Order already received?
- Return within 14 days of receipt
- Products must be unopened and undamaged
- See "How do I return my order?" for the procedure

Can I get a VAT invoice for my order?
If you would like a digital invoice, please create an account before placing your order. After your order, you can easily download the invoice by clicking on the order in your account and then clicking the button "download invoice (pdf)" at the top right.
We no longer send paper invoices with online orders.

- Below the orange "Proceed to Checkout" button, you'll see "Apply discount code (optional)"
- Click on it and enter your discount code
- The discount will be automatically applied
You will see the discount directly in your shopping cart before you check out.

- The code is still valid (not expired)

We do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered complete and in good condition. Unfortunately, sometimes things do go wrong. We advise you to take a clear photo of the condition of the product upon receipt and email it to us along with the order number and your details via info@vitaminstore.nl. Returning a product or order is very straightforward and can be done within 14 days of receipt.
Return in-store (free)
You can also return (part of) your order for free at one of our stores. In this case, you do not need to register your return via the return portal.
Return by post
For this, use our return portal. There, you can quickly and easily register your return and download the shipping label.
Please note: Returning via the return portal is not free; the shipping costs are at your own expense.

If your package hasn't been delivered, but it does appear in track & trace, first check if it might have been delivered to your neighbours (no notes are left in the mailbox anymore, check the carrier's site or app). I have difficulty swallowing, can I break the tablets or open a capsule?
