How do I create an account?
Creating an account with Vitaminstore is simple and quick. Follow these steps:
- Click on Account (the profile icon) at the top right of the website.
- Under Create a free new account, click on ‘Create Now’.
- Enter your first name, last name, and email address and click on Next.
- Choose a password and optionally select your title.
- The password must contain 8 to 50 characters.
- You can choose to enter your address:
- This is not mandatory and can be unchecked.
- Filling it in is handy for faster online ordering.
- During ordering, you can always adjust the delivery address.
- Give consent for the processing of your data and click on Next.
- (Optional) Enter additional details, such as:
- Phone number
- Date of birth
- Friend code (click on I have a referral code and enter the code)
- Click on Create Account at the bottom.
Your account is now ready for use

- Under Log in to My Vitaminstore, enter the email address associated with your account and your password.
- Click on the orange button ‘Log in’.

If you created your online account with the same email address that you are known by in our store, your accounts will be automatically merged within a few days. This way, you can earn our Vitaminpoints both in-store and online.
If you are registered in the store with a different email address, please let us know: info@vitaminstore.nl, and we can change it for you.

- Go to the Password Recovery page.
- Enter the email address associated with your account.
- Click on ‘Recover Password’.
- You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

- First, log in to your account.
- Go to Change Password/en.
- Enter your current password and then your new password.

Changing your email address
To change your email address, go to Login Information, which can be found on the Personal Details page under Details & Preferences.
Changing your address
To change your address, go to Addresses, where you can update your default address, remove addresses, and add new ones. You will receive the Vitaminstore Magazine at your account's default address.
Please note, changes only apply to your Online Account. If you also have an account in-store and wish to update your address details, please send a message to info@vitaminstore.nl or pop into one of our stores.

Themes display products that belong to a specific theme: think of 'hay fever', 'energy', or 'good resolutions'. The products from the special shops can of course also be found via the search bar.

How do I place an order?
When you order online at Vitaminstore, you can choose to have your order delivered to an address (home, work, or as a gift to another address) or to collect it from a pick-up point or a Vitaminstore shop near you.
Placing an order goes as follows:
- Place a product in your shopping basket.
- Want to order straight away? Then click ‘Go to basket’.
- Want to continue shopping? Click ‘Continue shopping’.
- Have you added all your desired products? Then proceed to the next step.
- Do you have a discount code?
- Enter it below the orange button ‘Proceed to checkout’ at Apply discount code (optional) and click ‘Apply’.
- Click ‘Proceed to checkout’.
- Log in to your customer account, create a new account (for your first order) or choose to proceed as a guest .
- Already logged in? You will be taken directly to shipping & payment.
- Choose at Delivery how you want to receive the order:
- Delivered to an address
- Collect from a pick-up point
- Collect from a Vitaminstore shop
- Choose at Delivery methods your preference, such as:
- Regular PostNL delivery
- Evening delivery
- Collect from a pick-up point
- Check the summary of your order:
- View the total amount and items.
- Want to make any changes? Then click ‘Back to basket’.
- Is everything correct? Then choose your payment method.
- Scroll down and click ‘Proceed to payment’.
- After this step, you can no longer make changes yourself.
- Once the payment is completed, your order will be processed by us.

What is the delivery time for your products/my order?
Our range consists of different product groups, each with its own delivery time. On the product page, depending on the product, there are two types of delivery times:
Order by 23:59, delivered tomorrow
This applies to the majority of our range that is directly available, including all Vitaminstore brand and Solgar products.
- Orders placed on weekdays before 23:59 are typically dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed between Saturday and Sunday 21:00 are dispatched on Sunday.
Order today, delivered in 1-2 working days!
This applies to products with a slightly longer delivery time, such as specific brands. If you order this product between Thursday and Sunday, your order will be processed and dispatched on Monday.
If your order contains products with different delivery times, they will be combined and delivered in one go. As a result, the delivery time of 1–2 working days applies.
*During busy periods or exceptions (such as holidays or promotions), delivery may take a little longer. Once your order is on its way, we will keep you updated via email.
My parcel has been dispatched, but I haven't received anything.
Your order is being shipped with PostNL. Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive an email from us with a track & trace code. With this code, you can see when your order will be delivered and where your parcel is located.
Track your parcel via PostNL: Track & trace (enter your track & trace code and postcode)
PostNL will attempt delivery of your parcel once. Not at home? Then it will be taken to a PostNL collection point near you. It will be available there for 7 days for you to collect. Please note: PostNL no longer leaves notes, so keep an eye on the track & trace code for updates or changes.
Parcel marked as 'delivered', but not received
First, check the following:
- Check in the track & trace if the parcel might have been delivered to the neighbours.
- Check if the parcel has been sent to a collection point.
- See if it has been left in or around your house (sometimes placed by the back door or in a shed).
Have you checked everything and still not received the parcel?
Then contact our customer service via info@vitaminstore.nl. We will then initiate an investigation with PostNL and ensure an appropriate solution.
How can I cancel or change my order?
Once an order is placed, unfortunately, we cannot cancel or change it. Our system processes orders immediately to ensure prompt delivery.
What can you do?
Haven't received your order yet?
- Refuse the package at the door with the courier
- It will then automatically be returned to us
- You will receive the purchase amount back in your account within 14 working days
Already received your order?
- Return it within 14 days of receipt
- Products must be unopened and undamaged

Can I receive a VAT invoice for my order?
If you would like a digital invoice, please create an account before placing an order. After your purchase, you can easily download the invoice by clicking on the order in my orders within your account and then clicking the button “download invoice (pdf)” at the top right.
If you would like to receive an invoice as a guest, please contact our customer service at info@vitaminstore.nl after placing your order and mention your order number.
We no longer send paper invoices with online orders.

- The discount will be applied automatically
You will see the discount directly in your shopping cart before you check out.

Returning a product or order is very straightforward and can be done within 14 days of receipt.
Return in-store (free)
You can also return (part of) your order for free at one of our stores. In this case, you do not need to register your return via the return portal.
Return by post
For this, use our return portal. There, you can quickly and easily register your return and download the shipping label.
Please note: Returning via the return portal is not free; the shipping costs are at your own expense.

My order has not been delivered, what now?
If your package hasn't been delivered, but it does appear in track & trace, first check if it might have been delivered to your neighbours (no notes are left in the mailbox anymore, check the carrier's site or app). If they haven't received your package either, please contact our customer service at info@vitaminstore.nl.

Do not report this via the return portal.

Yes, you can break tablets in half or crush them into powder using a tablet crusher or mortar and pestle. Capsules can be carefully opened and mixed with water, juice, yoghurt, or a smoothie if needed.

How do I know if my cycle is 'normal'?
