Is paying at Vitaminstore safe?
Yes, paying at Vitaminstore is 100% safe. We utilise:

- Mollie as a reliable payment provider
- PCI-DSS certified systems
- Secure payment environment
We do not store credit card details on our servers. All payment information is processed directly and securely by our payment partner.
Can I receive a VAT invoice for my order?
If you would like a digital invoice, please create an account before placing an order. After your purchase, you can easily download the invoice by clicking on the order in my orders within your account and then clicking the button “download invoice (pdf)” at the top right.
If you would like to receive an invoice as a guest, please contact our customer service at info@vitaminstore.nl after placing your order and mention your order number.
We no longer send paper invoices with online orders.
I've forgotten my discount code, what now?
Have you placed an order within a promotional period and forgotten to apply your discount code? Then contact our customer service via info@vitaminstore.nl. Provide your details, your order number, and your valid discount code, and we will ensure your discount is applied to your order.
