How do I create an account?
Creating an account with Vitaminstore is simple and quick. Follow these steps:
- Click on Account (the profile icon) at the top right of the website.
- Under Create a free new account, click on ‘Create Now’.
- Enter your first name, last name, and email address and click on Next.
- Choose a password and optionally select your title.
- The password must contain 8 to 50 characters.
- You can choose to enter your address:
- This is not mandatory and can be unchecked.
- Filling it in is handy for faster online ordering.
- During ordering, you can always adjust the delivery address.
- Give consent for the processing of your data and click on Next.
- (Optional) Enter additional details, such as:
- Phone number
- Date of birth
- Friend code (click on I have a referral code and enter the code)
- Click on Create Account at the bottom.
Your account is now ready for use
How do I log in?
- Click on Account/en (the profile icon) at the top right of the website.
- Under Log in to My Vitaminstore, enter the email address associated with your account and your password.
- Click on the orange button ‘Log in’.
How do I link my store account with my online account?
If you created your online account with the same email address that you are known by in our store, your accounts will be automatically merged within a few days. This way, you can earn our Vitaminpoints both in-store and online.
If you are registered in the store with a different email address, please let us know: info@vitaminstore.nl, and we can change it for you.
How do I request a new password?
Forgotten your password?
- Go to the Password Recovery page.
- Enter the email address associated with your account.
- Click on ‘Recover Password’.
- You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
Didn't receive an email? Please check your spam folder.
Still having trouble? Get in touch with our customer service.
Want to change your current password?
- First, log in to your account.
- Go to Change Password/en.
- Enter your current password and then your new password.
Your password will then be updated immediately.
How do I change my account details?
Once logged in, click on Details and Preferences. Here, you can update your Personal Details, Login Information, Addresses, Preferences, and Password.
Changing your email address
To change your email address, go to Login Information, which can be found on the Personal Details page under Details & Preferences.
Changing your address
To change your address, go to Addresses, where you can update your default address, remove addresses, and add new ones. You will receive the Vitaminstore Magazine at your account's default address.
Please note, changes only apply to your Online Account. If you also have an account in-store and wish to update your address details, please send a message to info@vitaminstore.nl or pop into one of our stores.
How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter or adjust my communication preferences?
You can easily adjust your communication preferences in your account:
- Log in to your account
- Go to Data & Preferences → Preferences
- Here, you can tick or untick what you'd like to receive by category:
- Newsletter: general offers, products, and healthy lifestyle
- Promotional emails: personal offers, discount vouchers, and promotions
- VitaminClub mail: personal discount vouchers and invitations to exclusive events
- Vitaminstore Magazine: inspiration to work on your health goals
- Click on "Save Preferences"
Please note: It may take up to 48 hours for your preferences to be processed.
How can I delete my account?
You can delete your VitaminStore account at any time yourself:
- Go to your account (click on your name at the top right)
- Click on "Data & Preferences"
- Click on "Personal Data"
- Click on "Delete Account"
Note: Deleting your account will result in the loss of your VitaminPoints, VitaminClub level, order history, and active RepeatEase subscriptions.
Do you only want to stop receiving emails? Then adjust your communication preferences under "Preferences" in your account.
