How do I create an account?
Click on Account (or the profile icon) at the top right of the site and click on the button "Create now" under Create a new account for free. Fill in the form completely.
Use only 10 digits for your phone number (so without spaces or hyphens).
If you have a friend code, enter it under "I have a referral code".
Click the Create account button at the bottom and your account is ready for use.
How do I log in?
Click on Account (or the profile icon) at the top right of the site and enter the email address of your account and your password at Log in to My Vitaminstore. Then click on the orange "Log in" button.
How do I link my store account with my online account?
If you created your online account with the same email address that you are known by in our store, your accounts will be automatically merged within a few days. This way, you can earn our Vitaminpoints both in-store and online.
If you are registered in the store with a different email address, please let us know: info@vitaminstore.nl, and we can change it for you.
How do I request a new password?
Have you forgotten your password?
On the page https://www.vitaminstore.nl/passwordrecovery, enter your email address and click on the Restore password button. You will then receive a link via your email address to reset your password. If it doesn't work, please contact our customer service.
Would you like a new password?
Then first log in to your account, go to Details and Preferences, and click on: Change Password. There you can enter your current password and a new password.
How do I change my account details?
Once you are logged in, click on Details and Preferences. Here you can change your Personal details, your addresses, your Preferences, and your Password yourself.
Please note, this only applies to your Online Account. If you also have an account in the store and want to change your address details, please send a message to info@vitaminstore.nl or pop into one of our stores.
