Did well, but biotin worked better for my hair and nails

Incredibly great product! I've already gone through 4 jars. My nails grow quickly, are strong, and shine. After 3-4 months, I can see some new baby hairs on my head. I can't quite say what it did for my skin due to using skincare products, but I do notice that my skin feels a bit more even. The assistant also advised taking vitamin D. All done perfectly. I'm pleased with it, but now I'm also curious about that new package "Beauty from Within". Then I won't have to buy everything separately.
Satisfied with 1 pill a day for a radiant complexion. I had stopped taking it for a while and noticed that my skin became unsettled again.

On 22 may 2025 by Customer serviceWe advise against using Skin Hair Nails during the breastfeeding period. It's not clear to what extent the ingredients pass through to the baby via breast milk. For your baby's safety, it's better not to use this supplement.
What is the difference between Skin Hair Nails GUMMIES and Skin Hair Nails 'tablets'. With much effort, I have compared the composition of both. They contain the same substances with a few differences regarding the amount of mcg. Moreover, the Gummies do not contain Selenium (according to the label). I would like to know which of the two I should choose for thinning hair and beginning bald spots.

If you can easily swallow capsules, then that is the best choice as the dosage is higher. If you find swallowing difficult, then the gummies are the best alternative to support your skin, hair, and nails from within.
