Hi, I was wondering how large the capsules are? Are they as big as fish oil tablets? Or are they tablets?

What is the difference between Skin Hair Nails GUMMIES and Skin Hair Nails 'tablets'. With much effort, I have compared the composition of both. They contain the same substances with a few differences regarding the amount of mcg. Moreover, the Gummies do not contain Selenium (according to the label). I would like to know which of the two I should choose for thinning hair and beginning bald spots.
