Can this be taken with blood thinners?

I find the dosage description very vague: 1 or more capsules with a meal. Is there a maximum dosage per day? And should you take it with one meal, or with every meal….

The body simply excretes any excess bacteria. Probiotic strains are considered safe and do not produce harmful metabolic by-products. The effect mainly depends on a sufficient amount of active bacteria, not on an exact maximum. For the general population, probiotics are broadly safe within usual dosages.
This is also why the number of intake moments doesn’t have to be followed very strictly. You’re free to take a capsule with each meal, or to choose 1 capsule with 1 meal.
How long can you use these for?
