Highly effective probiotics, especially after a course of antibiotics or for digestive issues. The capsules are easy to take and gentle on the stomach. I noticed an improvement in my digestion after just a few days. It's great that it contains a broad spectrum of bacterial strains. A permanent fixture in my supplement routine!

The Microflor is ideal for daily use. It is recommended to take it half an hour before breakfast or before going to bed.
The Lab2ProTM bacterial strains are selected for their shelf life at room temperature and their resistance to the effects of stomach acid. Microflor now comes in a DR capsule, which is less permeable to moisture compared to other capsules. Another advantage is that the DR capsule survives longer in the stomach, allowing it to open only in the intestine. Lab2ProTM strains also have an acid-resistant coating, providing double protection.
Microflor also contains the patented (Sunfiber® ST) which delivers natural prebiotic fibres derived from guar beans.

For years, I have been taking magnesium citrate right before bed, after brushing my teeth. How should I combine this with microflor, which I need to take at the same time? (Half an hour before breakfast is not easy for me to manage).

While a healthy gut flora can indirectly contribute to a balanced vaginal flora, there are more specific probiotics that are better suited for supporting vaginal health. For instance, Microflor Intiem. This supplement contains three common bacterial strains: Lactobacillus rhamnosus LR, Lactobacillus plantarum, and Lactobacillus reuteri. Various studies have shown that these bacteria are frequently found in women and work synergistically to enhance each other's effects.
Why add silicon dioxide, why include soy and all sorts of rubbish... it's an immediate no-go for me

This means that soy is not actually in the product, but it must be mentioned as there may be traces of soy present. Silicon dioxide is added in a very small amount to ensure that the probiotic cultures do not clump or harden in the capsule. All excipients in this product, such as silicon dioxide, have been assessed and approved by the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA). They meet the strictest standards of European food additive regulations.
which probiotics to take with antibiotics

They contain a mix of different bacterial strains that are well-resistant to stomach acid, allowing them to reach the intestines alive and in good condition.
It is important to take the probiotics at a different time of day than the antibiotics, preferably at least 2 hours later. This gives the probiotics the best chance to do their work effectively.
If you continue taking the probiotics after the antibiotic course, they can also assist in restoring the balance in your gut flora. I recommend taking probiotics daily for at least 3 months after finishing an antibiotic course for optimal recovery. Should you have any further questions, I suggest contacting us via email.
