Red - B12 Total Too High

If you are taking supplements containing B12, the advice is to ensure they are in the form of methylcobalamin and/or adenosylcobalamin. If the B12 level remains elevated for a prolonged period, symptoms such as fatigue, dizziness, diarrhoea, or tingling in the hands and feet may occur. In that case, stop taking supplements with B12.
