Easy to take. However, it's necessary to take folic acid alongside it, otherwise, the levels don't rise. Depending on what you personally need: a mix of folic acid, B12, and B6 or just iron.

I take magnesium, vitD&k2, and omega-3 fish oil capsules daily. Can I combine these with this, and how should I best manage the timing of intake? The other supplements are all once a day (your own brand).
On 03 july 2025 by Customer serviceYou can easily combine magnesium, vitamin D3 & K2, and omega-3 fish oil with an iron complex. Take the iron complex on an empty stomach, preferably in the morning. Avoid simultaneous intake with fish oil and magnesium, as they can interfere with iron absorption. It is best to take these supplements later in the day, for instance, in the afternoon or evening, together with the vitamin D3 & K2.
I read that these capsules should be taken with meals. However, elsewhere I read that iron capsules should actually be taken on an empty stomach, at least half an hour before meals and two hours before coffee, tea, and milk. Is that correct? Or does that not apply to these iron tablets?

The product also contains vitamin C, which further enhances absorption. Generally, iron is absorbed better on an empty stomach, but this can cause stomach discomfort. Therefore, it is often advised to take it during or after meals.
Additionally, it is indeed better not to combine iron directly with coffee, tea, or dairy products, as these can reduce absorption. It is advisable to allow at least two hours between them.
I was wondering which form of folic acid is used in this supplement. I am specifically looking for a supplement with folate, as this form is best absorbed.
