Good afternoon, I would like to know if the B50 complex from the own brand is a synthetic supplement. I'm not very familiar with the ingredients and forgot to ask during purchase. I know that B vitamins with synthetic ingredients can cause yellow urine. I've experienced this since using these supplements.
On 09 august 2022 by Customer serviceB vitamins in supplements are generally synthetically produced but are nature-identical. The yellow urine is caused by vitamin B2, which naturally has a yellow colour. There are very few brands that sell natural B vitamins.

Hello, I'm wondering if I'm getting too much vitamin B now that I'm taking a Vitamin B complex from Vitamin Store alongside Spirulina. Spirulina contains B12 (5.5 mcg) and the B50 complex: 50mcg. Additionally, Spirulina has B1 (2.3), B2 (82), B3 (263), B5 (13), B6 (13), and B8 and B13. In short, isn't this too much in combination with each other? Regards, Jessica

Dear, I have been taking B50 complex along with super biotin 5000mcg for several months now. Recently, I apparently ordered super B complex. What is the difference? Could itching be a side effect of super B complex?

Additionally, it contains not one, but two active forms of B12, and biotin is highly dosed. We haven't heard of itching as a side effect before, but it's always possible to react to something. We advise stopping for two weeks to see if the issue resolves, and then restarting; if the itching returns and persists, we recommend discontinuing the Super B Complex.
