Hello, I take Solgar Omnium twice daily and the Super Magnesium once daily. Can these two be taken together? I also read that Magnesium should be taken twice a day, but since Omnium already contains magnesium, I only take it once. Have I thought this through correctly, or should it be twice, and is it best to take Magnesium in the morning or evening?

Regarding the dosage of Super Magnesium, the recommended dosage is indeed twice a day. However, since Omnium also contains magnesium, it's perfectly fine to take Super Magnesium just once a day. The timing of magnesium intake can vary depending on personal preference. Some people find that taking magnesium in the evening helps them relax and sleep better, while others prefer taking it in the morning.

Hello, I'm planning to switch from magnesium taurate to super magnesium. However, I still need to use up my old stock of magnesium taurate capsules. Is it possible to combine super magnesium and taurate if I take a super magnesium capsule in the morning and a magnesium taurate capsule in the evening? I'd love to hear your thoughts.

The Super Magnesium contains, in addition to citrate, taurate, bisglycinate, glycerophosphate, and malate, making it more versatile (muscles, energy, and mood). The Magnesium Citrate is focused on muscle support.
I noticed that the new formula no longer contains vitamin B6. Isn't B6 an important co-factor for the absorption of magnesium?

This is because magnesium glycerophosphate has a slower release in the body and ensures a stable magnesium level. We are considering adding a minimal amount of vitamin B6 in our next production to make the product even better.
