Where can I see the shelf life of a product on the site? Because when I order something from your own brand, I always notice that the shelf life is very short. Sometimes I don't even make it, if I forget to take one occasionally. Other brands don't have this issue. Regards, Karlijn

Our own brand products are produced in smaller batches, which means the best before date can sometimes be shorter than brands with longer storage and distribution processes. After the expiry date, supplements are generally safe to use for at least another year. You can always contact us if you wish to know the expiry date of a product.

Supplements gradually lose their potency over time, but they can still be used up to a year after the expiration date, provided they have been stored properly.
Can it be used with Super Multi?
On 20 february 2025 by Customer serviceIf you combine the Multi with the 75 mcg, you will reach 100 mcg of vitamin D3. This amount is equivalent to the acceptable upper limit. If your vitamin D3 levels are not low or you do not have a darker skin tone, taking this supplement is unnecessary. You might consider opting for a lower dose of vitamin D3 alongside it.
I ordered the Vitamin D Extra Strong for the winter months (I have a dark skin tone). I also use the Super Magnesium (2 tablets). I now see that this also contains vitamin D. Is it safe to combine these, and is it not too much vitamin D? Are there any risks associated with this?

Our Vitaminstore brand Super D3 Extra Strong contains 75 mcg of vitamin D3 per dose. It is important to note that the upper limit for daily vitamin D intake for adults, as set by the Health Council, is 100 mcg per day. Therefore, it is unlikely that you will consume too much vitamin D even if you also take our Super Magnesium, as our Super Magnesium does not contain vitamin D.
