I've been taking boswellia for almost 4 years now and have noticed that the {***} in my fingers have all but disappeared. I tried a mushroom extract for 6 months (which is supposed to be great for osteoarthritis), but it only made my fingers stiffer and more swollen. Thankfully, after a week of boswellia, things quickly improved again. Of course, I still have bad days with boswellia, but they're not so painful that I need to take painkillers. So for me, it works well.
