I have been taking boswellia for almost 4 years now and notice that the {***} in my fingers have almost disappeared. I tried a mushroom extract for 6 months (which is supposed to be great for osteoarthritis), but it only made my fingers stiffer and more swollen. After a week of boswellia, fortunately, things improved quickly again. Of course, I still have bad days with boswellia, but they aren't so painful that I need to take painkillers. So, it works well for me.
