A must-have for everyone over 40
I might be imagining it, but I seem to feel better since I stopped using this. Initially, it seemed to provide extra energy.
Form and mg are ideal, offering great support to my diet.

Suitable for vegetarians. Not suitable for vegans (contains beeswax).

Supplement with Co-enzyme Q10.
Take 1 softgel daily with a meal. Swallow the softgel whole with sufficient water.

Can this product be safely used with Resveratrol (from Solgar), vitamin D3 (400IU), and Omega 3-6-9?

I asked this question here a few weeks ago, so I’m trying again. I read somewhere that if you use Q10, you shouldn’t take K2 alongside it (I also use a capsule with D3-K2). Is that true?
On 28 january 2026 by Customer serviceQ10 supports the energy function of cells and acts as an antioxidant. Vitamin K2 supports mineral absorption in the bones. Vitamins K and D play a role in bone formation and help maintain strong bones. These functions do not overlap and do not directly enhance each other, but they also do not counteract each other. There is no problem using both products. If you use blood thinners, you should be cautious with the use of vitamin K2.
Can the Q10 capsules be used in conjunction with K2 + D3 capsules? Or is it better to combine with only D3 (without K2)?

Super Ubiquinol (Q10) 100 mg can be safely combined with vitamin D3 + K2. These supplements work in different areas of the body and have no known negative interactions with each other.
Tip: preferably take them during or after a meal (ideally with some fat), as they are better absorbed this way.
Are you using blood thinners? Then consult your doctor first regarding vitamin K2.
Are there any contraindications for taking it? Can it be taken with stomach issues?

Regarding stomach issues, these usually only occur if the supplement is taken on an empty stomach. We therefore recommend taking it with a meal to prevent any stomach discomfort.
If you do experience any side effects, discontinue use and consult a doctor.
