I might be imagining it, but I seem to feel better since I stopped using this. Initially, it seemed to provide extra energy.
Form and mg are ideal, offering great support to my diet.
We (80+) feel fitter with Ubiquinol, which you cannot produce sufficiently yourself as you age.
Fine small capsules
Works perfectly, not cheap.

Suitable for vegetarians. Not suitable for vegans (contains beeswax).

Bulking agents (rapeseed oil, corn starch (vegetable softgel)), ubiquinol, emulsifiers (diglyceryl mono-oleate, soy lecithin), humectant (glycerol), stabilisers (beeswax, carrageenan, disodium phosphate), colour (caramel).
Supplement with Co-enzyme Q10.
Take 1 softgel daily with a meal. Swallow the softgel whole with sufficient water.

Are there any contraindications for taking it? Can it be taken with stomach issues?
On 29 october 2024 by Customer serviceIn general, ubiquinol is well tolerated and there are no known contraindications. However, it is important to note that each body may react differently to supplements.
Regarding stomach issues, these usually only occur if the supplement is taken on an empty stomach. We therefore recommend taking it with a meal to prevent any stomach discomfort.
If you do experience any side effects, discontinue use and consult a doctor.
