It's great that the turmeric is combined with resveratrol in a complex, so you get both supplements in just one capsule.
I don't notice anything yet, but apparently, it's very good for you. So we'll take it

If you currently have low iron levels, you can safely take 2 capsules per day for a month (which amounts to 40 mg of iron) and then switch to 1 capsule per day as a maintenance dose. Ideally, this should be taken in combination with Vitamin C 1000 mg.
