The fishing of these species follows the FAO guidelines and is strictly monitored by governments to ensure sustainability. All our suppliers also combat illegal, unregulated, and unreported fishing (IUU fishing).

Whether you experience the aftertaste burp is dependent on the individual, but if you often encounter this with fish oil, we recommend you take a look at Arctic Blue Fish Oil, which is less strongly dosed and therefore slightly more expensive to use.
I understand that oxidation occurs quickly with fish oil supplements, which reduces the quality of the supplement and may cause issues. Is it advisable to store it in the fridge?

It's best to store the fish oil at a (dry) room temperature (between 15-25°C) and to shield it from sunlight. If the room temperature increases, you can store the product in the fridge.
Hello, could it be that the colour has changed? I've just opened a new jar and the tablets are lighter in colour. More towards transparent rather than yellowish.
