good black garlic does its job
Easy to take and almost odourless
I've been using this garlic for a while now after previously using another type. I often burped that one up and sometimes got a nasty aftertaste from it. This garlic doesn't have that at all, and the capsule goes down easily. I won't use anything else anymore!

Can this supplement be taken together with Ashwagandha, theanine, quercetin, and turmeric? I'm wondering because of the blood pressure, which might otherwise become too low. If so, which of these supplements might be advised against?
