Excellent product
I take 4 capsules of this every day. It helps me be regular with my poops.
Satisfied with these capsules. I initially used another brand where I had to take 6 capsules throughout the day. Since I also use the magnesium from this brand, I decided to try these. I feel that my digestion is well supported by them.

My question is whether this product is completely gluten-free or if it might contain traces of gluten. Often, despite the label stating gluten-free, there are still traces of gluten present. How does this apply to Solgar?

Hello, I would like to increase my fibre intake for both a healthy diet (I exercise a lot and watch what I eat) and for regular bowel movements (currently, this is often only 2 or 3 times a week). I'm quite torn between this product and the multiple fibre formula. Which would be better for my situation and/or is there a difference in their effects?

Are the psyllium fibres from Solgar fermentable or not?

On the internet, I see mentions of dosages of several grams. However, here it states that no more than 1000MG should be taken. Why is that?
On 31 january 2023 by Customer servicePsyllium fibres are safe to use in higher dosages. It is advisable to take the capsules spread out over the day with plenty of water.
