This intended effect can be achieved with a daily intake of 250 mg EPA and DHA (including food) or 450 mg (pregnant and breastfeeding women).
The Omega-3 Triple Strength provides no less than 504 mg EPA and 378 mg DHA per capsule.

Good product
I prefer triple strength over any other fish oil supplements because it doesn't leave me with an unpleasant taste or heartburn. Additionally, it's quite easy to digest and contains good amounts of EPA and DPA.

Hi, 1 or 2 capsules per day, is it better to take 2 in the morning at once or 1 twice a day?

Some people prefer to take all the capsules at once, while others find it more comfortable to spread them out over the day. Both options are perfectly fine.
