The Fish Oil Concentrate 1000 mg is the variant with the lowest amount of EPA (160 mg) and DHA (100 mg). This is a good supplement to the daily diet, but during pregnancy, you can safely take a higher dose. Various sources recommend a daily intake of at least 200 mg DHA during pregnancy, which is equivalent to two capsules. You may also take three capsules per day (480 mg EPA, 300 mg DHA).

In other words, doses of 500 mg EPA and 1000 mg DHA are considered safe. This aligns with other sources.

The Fish Oil Concentrate 1000 mg (fish oil) provides 1000 mg of essential fatty acids, of which 160 mg are the extra desirable ones.

The advantage of the Omega-3 Double Strength and the Omega-3 Triple Strength is that they contain proportionally more of the extra desirable fatty acids and a lower amount of the less desirable (but equally sensitive) fatty acids.

So if the source you are referring to warns about the sensitivity of omega-3 fatty acids to oxidation, then the conclusion you can draw from that is that you should ideally choose a supplement with as much EPA and DHA as possible in proportion.
