I've been using it for years, as a supplement to your daily diet
The fishy smell comes up when you burp and can sometimes cause a bit of heartburn for me.

This results in a total of 60 mcg of vitamin D, of which the VM 75 contains the less absorbable form D2. It is important to supplement with Vitamin D3 during the winter months when the sun is less strong.
To support your immunity, vitamin C is very beneficial to use.

Hello, I want to take these capsules to a warm country where it's 30 degrees every day. If I store them in the fridge, is there also a maximum minimum temperature? I understand there's a maximum storage temperature of 25 degrees, but I was wondering if this also applies to minimum temperatures. And what about multivitamins? Can I store new unopened jars in the fridge as well?

Due to its liquid form, fish oil is more sensitive to high temperatures than supplements in solid form. The critical upper limit is (to be precise) 23.7 degrees. The ideal temperature for other solid-form supplements, such as a multivitamin, is between 18-25 degrees and they are best stored cool, dry, and dark. At tropical temperatures, supplements like a multivitamin can also be stored in the fridge. It is important, however, that the fridge is working well and is not damp due to ice build-up and/or condensation. If the fridge is unsuitable for that reason, we advise storing the multivitamin in the coolest place in the house, such as the bathroom.
What is the difference between ethyl ester and triglyceride omega 3 forms? Are they equally effective? I used to use an ethyl ester form, and my omega 3 status was also elevated, so I wanted to know which works best, as the triglyceride form is found in food.
