There is no ideal time for Echinacea/Golden Seal/Cat's Claw Complex, as the herbs have a long-lasting effect. Therefore, you can decide what works best for you and maintain that as your daily time.

It makes sense to take one capsule in the evening, so that the boost to your immune system is optimal when you leave the house in the morning. And one capsule with breakfast, so that the effect is at its best when you have to head home again in the afternoon through harsh winter weather.

The rationale behind this advice is that herbs like echinacea provide a boost to the immune system. This boost is particularly useful when you are facing an impending cold, for example.
