Hello, What is the difference and/or additional effect of cat's claw compared to echinacea? I'm considering whether to buy the regular echinacea from Solar or this one, with added cat's claw.

Additionally, the Echinacea/Cat's Claw Complex has a higher dose of Echinacea than the regular Echinacea from Solgar and will (also in combination with the Cat's Claw) have a somewhat stronger effect.

And one capsule with breakfast, so that the effect is at its best when you have to head home again in the afternoon through harsh winter weather.

In fact, the herbs in the Echinacea/Golden Seal/Cat's Claw Complex do much more than simply provide a boost. Many people use this supplement throughout the entire autumn and winter, and if that works well for you, there is no reason not to continue using the product in that manner.

The Echinacea/Golden Seal/Cat's Claw Complex is recommended in acute situations of reduced immunity, or at the first signs of it, for example, a runny nose. It is not really a remedy to be used throughout the entire autumn and winter, or all year round.
The 111 Multi Probiotics and the Strata Fem are both multivitamins and thus somewhat redundant, although the combined dosages are not necessarily dangerous and may even be exactly what you need. In any case, it is advisable to take the two products at two different times, so one in the morning and the other in the afternoon. Vitamin C should also preferably be taken at a different time, for example, in the morning or evening.
For some allergies, scutellaria and quercetin are recommended. From Solgar, for example, there are the Scutellaria and the Quercetin Complex.
