There is no ideal time for Echinacea/Golden Seal/Cat's Claw Complex, as the herbs have a long-lasting effect. Therefore, you can decide what works best for you and maintain that as your daily time.

It makes sense to take one capsule in the evening, so that the boost to your immune system is optimal when you leave the house in the morning. And one capsule with breakfast, so that the effect is at its best when you have to head home again in the afternoon through harsh winter weather.

The herbal preparation can be excellently combined with vitamin C, vitamin D, and the Balance Rhodiola Complex.

The rationale behind this advice is that herbs like echinacea provide a boost to the immune system. This boost is particularly useful when you are facing an impending cold, for example. By giving the body this boost every day when it is not yet necessary, the body can become accustomed to it, which means you may derive less benefit from the herbs when you actually start to feel unwell.

The Echinacea/Golden Seal/Cat's Claw Complex is recommended in acute situations of reduced immunity, or at the first signs of it, for example, a runny nose. It is not really a remedy to be used throughout the entire autumn and winter, or all year round.

The 111 Multi Probiotics and the Strata Fem are both multivitamins and thus somewhat redundant, although the combined dosages are not necessarily dangerous and may even be exactly what you need.
