As I'm not great at swallowing pills and was in need of a decent multivitamin, I sought advice from customer service. I have rheumatoid arthritis, am a vegetarian, and often feel fatigued, so I received comprehensive advice. I didn't have to think twice and ordered this powder form. When I opened the jar, I was a bit taken aback by the unpleasant smell. I also couldn't immediately find the measuring spoon, which turned out to be hidden under the powder. I made a smoothie with half Greek yoghurt, half water, a banana, and a teaspoon of jam. I stirred in two scoops of the powder. It dissolved well and tasted good! It also works well in yoghurt with granola. So, alongside my daily vitamins, I now have a healthy yoghurt snack every day. I've been using it for almost a month now and can feel my energy returning. I'm really pleased with these vitamins!
I bought this for my children. I thought it would be easy to mix it with something they like. But it doesn’t mix with anything. Not with yoghurt, water, squash, or anything else. The taste is overpowering and my children gag at the thought of me giving this to them again. I wish I had chosen something else, because I really can’t get this into them.
How long is this product good for after opening, and where is the best place to store it? Can it be kept in the cellar, or is it better in the fridge or a kitchen cupboard? Can you use this alongside thyroid medication? And can men add it to their shake? Is one scoop sufficient for me, as I believe I shouldn't consume more than 150 micrograms of iodine with thyroid medication? Kind regards, Marjolein

I have been using this product for a while now, and recently the powder does not dissolve well; there are bits floating. The taste has also deteriorated, perhaps these issues are related. The problem is with batch 201812-54. I hope it gets resolved soon, as there isn't a good alternative available in powder form.

Every Day Powder is a powdered multi that’s ideal for mixing into something, such as your daily smoothie or protein shake. It can also be taken easily with water. Why not fry it together with minced meat?
This product contains many heat-sensitive vitamins, such as:
- Vitamin C
- B vitamins (B1, B6, B12, folate)
- Vitamin D
- Enzymes and plant-based compounds
When heated (such as frying in a pan), these vitamins can largely break down. As a result, an important part of the nutritional value is lost.
Can this product be combined with vitamin C powder calcium ascorbate from Vitals? And what are other options for deacidified or buffered vitamin C?
On 13 december 2024 by Customer serviceYes, that combination is excellent because the Every Day Powder does not provide a significant amount of vitamin C (160 mg per 2 scoops), so it is certainly advisable to supplement with half a scoop of the Calcium Ascorbate Powder. Both the vitamin C and calcium remain well within safe limits with this combination. You can take the two simultaneously (or one shortly after the other), although it is better for absorption to spread the intake of vitamin C throughout the day.
Dear, is it advisable to take extra vitamin D in conjunction with the daily powder while breastfeeding?
