Most powdered multivitamins consist largely of sugars and/or contain artificial sweeteners to improve taste. The unique aspect of Every Day Powder is that the taste of the vitamins and minerals is neutralised by natural, unrefined inulin, a prebiotic fibre that is naturally mildly sweet. The product contains no sugar, sweeteners, synthetic fragrances, colours, flavours, or preservatives.

Like the other multivitamins in the Every Day series, this product distinguishes itself through its composition and the chosen forms of vitamins and minerals. This formula includes vitamin D3, vitamin K2, the biologically active forms of vitamin B2, B6, B12, and uses a superior, biologically active form of folic acid (5-MTHF with the brand name Quatrefolic®). The vitamin C consists of the non-acidic, highly absorbable forms of calcium and magnesium ascorbate. The minerals are in highly absorbable forms.

What's new?
Some ingredients have been reduced, such as folate from 400 mcg to 200 mcg and vitamin B12 from 20 mcg to 10 mcg (per 2 scoops). This allowed for an increase in other important ingredients. For instance, choline from 10 mg to 85 mg, vitamin C from 160 mg to 200 mg, magnesium from 100 mg to 200 mg, potassium from 100 mg to 300 mg, vitamin D3 from 20 mcg to 30 mcg, and vitamin K2 from 40 mcg to 90 mcg. Additionally, 45 mcg of vitamin K1 and 5 mg of meso-zeaxanthin were added. Moreover, the ingredients are now in a base of natural, unrefined inulin from chicory. Inulin is an indigestible, prebiotic fibre. Every Day Powder contains a substantial 2200 mg of inulin per 2 scoops, primarily as a mildly sweet carrier with excellent properties. 

For whom
The product Every Day Powder has a neutral taste and is suitable for children with one scoop per day. It contains almost the same doses per scoop as Every Day Junior, except it has a bit more choline, vitamin C, and magnesium. This is possible because there is no space limitation with Every Day Powder.

With a double dose of two scoops per day, the product is suitable for (young) adults and the elderly who prefer a powdered multivitamin. It offers great opportunities to be added to a shake or smoothie and to experiment with the doses and distribution of intake.

Children from 1 year: 1 scoop (2.5 grams) per day or as advised. Adults: 2 scoops (5 grams) per day. Mix the powder with water, fruit juice or yoghurt. Stir well and consume immediately. Adhere to the recommended dosage.

This dietary supplement is not suitable for children under 1 year (legally required statement for products containing up to 3 mg of vitamin B6 per daily dose). With 2 scoops, this dietary supplement is not suitable for children up to 10 years (legally required statement for products with more than 20 mcg of vitamin D per daily dose).

Note:
The vitamin K in this product makes it unsuitable for simultaneous use with coumarin derivatives (anticoagulants such as acenocoumarol and phenprocoumon). These medications are also known as vitamin K antagonists and their effectiveness is reduced by the intake of vitamin K from food and supplements.
