On advice regarding {***} complaints, I take these daily. After 3 months, I experience fewer {***} complaints. They are still present but to a lesser extent.

Ingredients
shatavari, chaste tree, oat seed, sage, fennel, holy basil, artichoke, vegetable capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose).
As a dietary supplement for adults, take one (1) capsule daily, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

This product was recommended to me for mental complaints during menstruation. Now I read somewhere that this item is prescribed for menopause. Do I have the right product? I am in my early 30s.

Hello, I have a lot of trouble swallowing pills and would like to know how big they are and if they can be dissolved in water?

I think regarding the sage that this supplement should not be taken while breastfeeding, is that correct?
