Nice small capsules to support the menstrual cycle. Easy to take.
Really nice that this is included in the points-saving promotion. But when it arrived, it turned out I unfortunately wasn’t allowed to use it. I hadn’t noticed this (or overlooked it).
Chosen because of the formula with ashwagandha. I can’t say anything about the effect yet as I’ve only just started, but it’s easy to take and agrees with me.
I’ve been told it helps with mood 😀

They work in different ways and can complement each other for symptoms such as fatigue, concentration problems and mood swings. Do bear in mind that Rhodiola can have a stimulating effect (so it’s best taken during the day) and you may want to build up use gradually. If you’re taking medication or if you’re unsure, it’s sensible to check with your doctor.
What are the differences in the effects of Mood Support and Hormone Support? I'm unsure which one to choose.

It can also certainly help with mood swings and irritability related to your cycle. The Mood Support is aimed at issues such as low spirits, which may not be directly related to your hormone balance. It is uplifting, calming, and can be used in a wide range of situations.

The RIVM advises against using dietary supplements containing Ashwagandha. This supplement does contain it. I purchased this product in-store before I was aware of this, and I was not informed either. Why do you not mention this when purchasing the product, and what is your stance on this?

Why the RIVM warns against Ashwagandha
The RIVM has recently issued a precautionary advice to be cautious with supplements containing Ashwagandha. This advice is based on:
- Some reports of side effects are known. This can occur if you are
- sensitive to Ashwagandha or sensitive to plants from the nightshade family.
- people with liver diseases.
- or are using medication such as antidepressants or thyroid medication.
- or have an overactive thyroid (hyperthyroidism).
It is important to note that this is a precautionary measure, not a legal prohibition. Therefore, we also mention this on the label and on the site.
Why the product is still being sold
Ashwagandha is generally considered safe when used within the recommended dosage and by healthy adults. It is still permitted under European legislation.
There are very rare cases of reported side effects, but there is no strong scientific evidence to suggest it is unsafe for everyone.
