I've been taking these for a long time, and it's convenient that you only need to take one per day. Menopausal symptoms don't disappear entirely, but the peaks are lessened. I've switched to cheaper brands a few times, but I always end up returning to this one.
Really helps to alleviate my menopause symptoms
I've tried two other supplements for menopause symptoms, but I always find myself returning to this one. It helps me with hot flushes and mood swings. It's not completely gone, but the sharp edges have been smoothed out.
I didn't want to take HRT and was looking for an alternative option. Thanks to this product, I don't suffer from hot flushes - you do need to take it consistently for good results!
I have the impression that it certainly helps to some extent and reduces hot flushes etc. I can't say that I am completely free from them, unfortunately.

Herbal preparation.
Take 1 capsule daily with a meal, unless otherwise advised. Take with sufficient water and swallow the capsule whole.

How long can you use this supplement? And can it be combined with Vitaminstore's own brand fish oil and multi all-in-one?

The meno formula can be perfectly combined with Vitaminstore fish oil and multivitamins. In fact, they complement each other very well.
May I take 2 of these with a minimum interval of 12 hours, so in the morning and in the evening?

I've noticed that after taking the Meno Formula, I seem to feel sleepy. Could that be the case? If so, it might be best to take it before bed, but I don't eat anything then, and taking it on an empty stomach isn't advisable, is it? Otherwise, it's a great product!

You can indeed take the Meno Formula before bedtime if you find it makes you sleepy. While it's generally recommended to take supplements with food to enhance absorption, taking this supplement on an empty stomach should not significantly impact its effectiveness.
