How big are the magnesium with B6 tablets? I can't swallow large tablets. I look forward to your response. Regards, Anita
On 21 november 2024 by Customer serviceSupplements with magnesium are always on the larger side. Magnesium is indeed a large mineral. The tablets are about 2 cm in size. If you have difficulty swallowing them, you can cut the tablets in half.
At PDD, between 100-500 ml would be acceptable, but as there is so little in one tablet, you would need to take a lot of tablets, or am I mistaken?

One tablet provides 133.5 mg of elemental magnesium. To achieve a daily intake of 500 mg of magnesium, you would need to take 4 tablets of this product.
I have 2 children aged 2 and 4; can they also take 1 tablet per day?

However, children of this age usually cannot chew tablets. To prevent the risk of choking, we recommend crushing the tablet before consumption and mixing it with some yoghurt or applesauce.
