I can really notice a clear difference. Had a lot of ***. Very good support for hair growth and strong hair.
It is good for its purpose
This is my second time purchasing it because the first bottle really helped for my hair. However, the second bottle started giving me breakouts, so I stopped using it. Now I’m trying to support my hair and nail health with collagen that doesn’t contain biotin, since too much biotin just doesn’t seem to work for me.

Hi, I’ve just started a herbal hair treatment and they advise using Biotin 10,000 temporarily to support the hair, among other things. However, my GP says it’s quite a high dose and I also take a multivitamin for immunity during the ‘R’ months. She also says biotin can lower blood sugar levels and can affect lab blood test results. She would sooner recommend the 5,000 and that I should regularly monitor my blood sugar levels and, if I need blood tests, not take biotin. I’d like to know your opinion on this and what you would advise.

Supporting the hair with biotin at an intake of 5,000 mcg per day is a good dosage, especially in combination with a multivitamin supplement. Biotin is one of the B vitamins, and taking a single B vitamin in a high dose can cause an imbalance or deficiency in other essential vitamins. I would therefore also advise against using 10,000 mcg, even for a short period. In this case, I would follow your GP’s advice.
Can this be used alongside MS medication? Hair loss due to medication for MS. The medication is called Tecfidera.
