I've been using probiotics for a while (unknown for how long), but I've heard from a dietitian that you shouldn't take them daily for an indefinite period. So I stopped, and since then I've been experiencing a lot of issues with my bowels > bloating, pain, diarrhoea, cramps. My question: can I use the probiotics daily without a set end date?

I have red spots and itching around my mouth and nose. I suspect eczema. Additionally, over the past year, I've also been experiencing pimples on my chin. I read somewhere that it's good to take probiotics in such cases? Is that true? Or do you have any other advice?

Is it permissible to consume alcohol with this product?

Are you allowed to open the capsule and dissolve it in some water? I have difficulty swallowing and the capsule is rather large.
