Flavourful melt tablets, work well. They've done a lot for my fatigue in a short time.

The lozenge tastes good. I was advised to use this and it works.
After an examination, it turned out that I have a B12 deficiency and these capsules were recommended. Easy to take and they do their job. I use this in combination with other supplements.
I find it a pleasant product, the tablet dissolves well in the mouth and has no unpleasant taste.

Let 1 tablet melt under the tongue once daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

And if you've been using the pill, we recommend taking a complete pregnancy multi-vitamin, (suitable for those trying to conceive, pregnant, or breastfeeding) such as:

Hello, what about the dosage for a vegan diet? Especially for children?
On 14 april 2023 by Customer serviceIt depends on the age of the children. This high-dose variant with 6000ug B12 is only suitable if, for example, a deficiency has been detected through a blood test.
Vegans generally require about 50 to 250 mcg of B12 per day, which is typically the amount found in a multivitamin.
If you only wish to supplement B12, you might consider the lozenges Vitamin B12 1000mcg. For very young children up to 7 years, we recommend a quarter of this lozenge, and for children aged 7-12, half of this lozenge. From 12 years onwards, one lozenge can be taken daily.
If you also want a good supplement for D3, iron, and vitamin A, which we also recommend, it's best to take a multi.
For children from 10 years old, we recommend the Vegan Multi (also suitable for adults).
For children younger than 10 years, we recommend the Vitakruid Multi Junior Day or the Solgar Kangavites, a multi-vitamin/mineral complex for toddlers and preschoolers, 1 chewable tablet for ages 3 to 5 and 2 chewable tablets per day from 6 years old.
