I really notice a difference
Very good value for money and I clearly notice a difference in my mood.
I find every day a bit much, the body should do some work itself too. The vitamin B6 level isn't too high, but nowadays it's recommended to be slightly lower. I don't experience any issues with that, though.

very good remedy, noticed the effect the same day after taking it.
The amount of vitamin B6 is deliberately kept low so that the dose remains well below the safe upper limit used in the Netherlands.

What is the difference between these two supplements? Can I take these at the same time with liver support with milk thistle? I also take magnesium, fish oil, and calcium with D3 daily. Do these overlap with each other or can they actually work complementarily?

The difference between the Super B complex and the B50 complex is that the B50 Complex is more of a "classic" high-dose B complex with many B vitamins around 50mg. The Super B complex is structured differently, with some vitamins being lower, but a few being higher dosed. Additionally, the Super B complex contains vitamin B12 in two different well-absorbable forms (adenosylcobalamin and methylcobalamin) and this complex is supplemented with co-enzyme Q10, which makes the Super B complex more of a B-complex with extra support formula.
B vitamins and milk thistle are often used alongside each other and there is no known adverse combination with normal use.
Magnesium, fish oil, calcium with D3 can be perfectly combined with a B complex and milk thistle.

If the liver is not functioning well, which can be due to genetics or excessive medication or exposure to toxic substances, this conversion may not proceed as efficiently, potentially leading to accumulation. The vitamin B6 in our products is in the pyridoxal-5-phosphate form, which is the bio-active form, and is therefore directly absorbed into body cells.
