I would like to mix this into my sports drink (homemade with water, squash, PeptoPro, and creatine). However, I don't drink it immediately (due to travel time and endurance sports). Does this affect the efficacy/quality of the various vitamins and minerals?
On 27 september 2023 by Customer serviceAs far as we know, the Calcium Magnesium with Boron can be perfectly combined with your sports drink. The Calcium Magnesium with Boron will dissolve gradually, so not drinking your drink immediately has little effect on its efficacy.
Hello, my 13-year-old son has a fracture in his collarbone. I would like to support his recovery by taking extra calcium. He has a milk allergy and therefore does not consume any dairy. I am looking for a supplement that is as natural as possible. Can I give this to him? Or do you have something similar in (easy to swallow) capsules? I look forward to hearing from you.

A 13-year-old can maintain the recommended dosage for adults in this situation, which is 4 tablets per day for 1 to 2 months.
These are elongated tablets that are quite large on one side (2 cm long) but due to their streamlined shape, they easily slide down the throat. Swallowing them can be facilitated (at first) with a bit of Gloup Slik Weg gel.
Calcium and magnesium are almost always found in tablets, not in capsules as there is less space. However, there are possibly loose powders, such as the Calcium Magnesium with Boron from Viridian. He could then combine this with the Vitamin D3 25 mcg Liquid (1 drop per day).
