Is the olive oil extra virgin and organic?

Dear Vitaminstore, My daughter, who is nearly 8, takes the Multi Kids Gummies (1 per day). Is a drop of this vitamin D a good supplement for the winter months? And is it safe for her to continue taking it throughout the year? We are of Turkish descent; does this affect the amount she should take? Thank you in advance for your response.

If your daughter has a darker skin tone or spends little time outdoors (especially during the winter months), you can supplement this with 1 drop of vitamin D3, 10 mcg (400 IU). See the attached link. A higher dosage, such as 25 mcg, might be too much for children.
How many drops should I give to 2.5-year-old and 3-year-old toddlers each day?

Therefore, it is not a problem if your 11-year-old son takes the drops. From 11 years and older, the safe daily dose is 100 mcg of vitamin D3 per day.
