Can you dissolve these pills in water or chew them and then wash them down?
On 30 september 2024 by Customer serviceYes, you can break Solgar - Ultimate Bone Support tablets in half or grind them into powder using a tablet crusher or mortar. You can then mix the powder with water, juice, yoghurt, or a smoothie. It's worth noting that the powder doesn't always dissolve well and not everyone finds the taste of the loose powder pleasant.
I’m a thyroid patient and if I consume too much soya, I don’t absorb the medication properly. How does that work with these tablets? Because they contain natto, so soya.

However, it is important not to take this supplement at the same time as your medication because of the calcium and magnesium. The advice is to leave at least 2 hours between taking your medication and taking Ultimate Bone Support.
I have already finished a jar of 120 tablets. Can I continue taking them or should I take a break? I am 46 years old and have recently had surgery on my foot due to a Lisfranc injury.

However, it is important to note that the 'Ultimate Bone Support' already contains magnesium. The daily recommended amount of magnesium for adult men and women is 300-400 mg.
Can I use the Ultimate Bone Support with Silica from Solgar?

Ultimate Bone Support is a comprehensive bone formula containing vitamin D-3, K-2, calcium, magnesium, manganese, and zinc.
