I have been using the isoflavones for two weeks now. Since then, I have experienced significantly fewer night-time [.....]!
Works very well for night sweats. Take one before sleeping. I had tried everything, waking up 6 to 7 times at night. With isoflavones, this is now only 1 to 2 times. I am very glad I discovered these. Nothing else helped me.
Great product, and I notice the difference immediately if I miss a few days. My 'menopause' is nearly over, the only nice thing about it: 'it will pass' :-) Discovered it years ago and trust Solgar that this product does not contain genetically modified soy.
Very satisfied, I use this in combination with the Sage.
The dark glass packaging offers optimal protection against the effects of oxygen, moisture, and light.

How can the tablets be taken? Can you chew them, or are they capsules that can be opened?

Is it permissible to break the tablet in half to take half a tablet per day? Or is it better to take one tablet every other day? I experience some side effects with a whole tablet per day.
