I take this every morning along with Vitamin C. It's excellent for antioxidant support.
Superb quality
The book by Tim Ferris, The Four Hour Body, is based on a lot of scientific foundations. This is not just recommended lightly. I can feel the difference in my energy levels during long runs!
The only antioxidant that crosses the blood-brain barrier and is therefore active in the brain. Should be combined with Biotin and Vitamin C.

I am taking blood thinner clopidogrel, my question is can I take lipoic acid alongside it?
On 30 december 2025 by Customer serviceIn principle, it is preferable not to do so without consultation, as alpha-lipoic acid (ALA) may potentially have a (slight) additional blood-thinning effect and thus could theoretically increase the bleeding risk with clopidogrel.
I have not had any sense of smell or taste for 3 years. According to the smell and taste centre in Ede, this is likely to be permanent. Naturally, I keep trying everything. I read that this supplement might help a bit? 🤷♀️
