I have a deficiency in B11 and B12. B11 is low. The total value of B12 is low and the active form of B12 in my blood is very low. What dosages of B11 and B12 should I take? Currently, I am taking 1000mcg of B12 and I also want to take B11. At least I already feel better by taking 1000mcg of B12.

Therefore, always consult with your doctor to determine if a higher dosage is suitable for you, as an excessive folate intake without sufficient B12 can mask a B12 deficiency.
