The taste of the chewable tablet has been greatly improved. The strawberry flavouring has been replaced with an orange flavouring.

I find them really hard to manage, my eldest also struggles with them but manages to get through. The youngest is a trooper, she keeps in mind that it's a sweet ;)
An excellent multivitamin supplement for my children. It has good absorption and composition, and they take it all year round here as a complement to our healthy eating habits.
My 6-year-old son loves them, and so do I. I really don't understand the complaints about the taste.
Purchased these vitamin pills due to their good composition. Unfortunately, they are rejected by my 3-year-old toddler. I thought it couldn't be that bad, so I tried one myself, and it's really not an exaggeration, the taste is truly very unpleasant with a strong aftertaste.
My kids are accustomed to a lot, they take cod liver oil daily without any flavouring, eat Brussels sprouts, etc. But this... Utterly, utterly disgusting.

I've read many negative reviews about the flavour. Has this been adjusted in the meantime? Because the reviews are from quite some time ago.

Unfortunately, my daughters (8 and 10) find the taste and the foaming aspect rather unpleasant. Are they allowed to swallow the tablet whole?

You can certainly give this in addition and it is an excellent supplement to the multi Elke Dag junior by Vitals. You can complement this with Möller's liquid omega 3 oil. Möller's contains high DHA, which is particularly well-suited for young children.
If you are allergic to strawberries, can you use this multi considering it contains strawberry flavouring?

My 2-year-old daughter is a good eater, but I still find a supplement useful. Why does this product contain 400% of the recommended daily allowance of vitamin B12? My daughter eats meat. I definitely do not want a multi with too high a dosage. Is this suitable, or do you have another appropriate product?

When used according to the guidelines on the label (1 tablet per day), this product is completely safe for children aged 2 and above. The Every Day Junior is currently one of the best children's multivitamins in our range.
For vitamin B12 and most other vitamins and minerals, the established recommended daily allowance (RDA) is a minimum value, and to maintain good health, we should obtain at least 100% of the RDA through our diet. However, for many nutrients, much higher amounts are desirable. For instance, regarding vitamin D, the current RDA of 10 micrograms is considered by numerous researchers to be far too low for people living in a cold country like the Netherlands. More and more experts recommend children's dosages of 25 to even 50 mcg of vitamin D per day. And 50 mcg is 1000% of the RDA.
There are no known adverse effects from a higher intake of vitamin B12. Toddlers aged 1-3 should consume a minimum of 0.7 mcg of vitamin B12 daily, but since vitamin B12 is considered very safe, no upper limit has been established. The Vitamin Information Bureau follows a general guideline of a maximum of five times the recommended daily amount (RDA) per day. This is 500% of vitamin B12. The Every Day Junior still falls within this guideline.
