Like the other multis in the Elke Dag series, this product stands out due to its composition, and the selected ingredients and vitamin and mineral compounds. For instance, this formula contains vitamin D3, K1, K2, the biologically active forms of B2, B6, B12 and uses a superior biologically active form of folic acid (5-MTHF branded as Quatrefolic®). The vitamin C is in the non-acidic, well-absorbed form of magnesium ascorbate. The minerals are in excellently absorbable compounds. Moreover, the dosages are based on the latest scientific insights and tailored to current data regarding nutritional status in the Netherlands and the optimal intake amounts per nutrient.

What's new?
The renewed Elke Dag Capsules contain per two capsules exactly the same dosages as the Elke Dag Tablets product, except for calcium (30 mg instead of 150 mg), magnesium (30 mg instead of 100 mg) and vitamin C (100 mg instead of 160 mg). These are dosed lower in the capsules, simply because more fits in a tablet than in two capsules.
