Hello, Can I use this multi during pregnancy? I see that there is vitamin K2 in the "Multi Night". Kind regards
On 19 november 2024 by Customer serviceIf you have just become pregnant or are about to be, it is fine to finish the packaging first, but for the rest of your pregnancy, it is better to switch to the Multi Day & Night Mama from the same brand. It contains slightly higher or lower doses of some nutrients.
However, regarding this formula, you need not worry about the vitamin K: it is only 19 micrograms. This is not dangerous during pregnancy. The dosages of the other "extras" in the formula are also so low that you can safely finish the packaging during the first few weeks of pregnancy. And the amount of folic acid is fine (400 mcg). But once the packaging is finished, it is better to switch to the pregnancy multi.
