Absolutely delighted with this product
Great multivitamin! I've been using it for about 2 weeks now and I really notice that I have more energy. The capsules are easy to take. It's a pity that there are so few in the bottle; a larger pot would be more practical.

I have a vitamin D deficiency. Is the multivitamin sufficient to supplement this? Does this also apply to vitamin B12, which I am currently taking separately due to being vegan? Cheers, Karin
