Can I bite the tablet into pieces or should it be swallowed whole?
On 05 december 2024 by Customer serviceYes, you can indeed break the tablets of Solgar Vitamins - Vitamin B-complex with Vitamin C into pieces if you have difficulty swallowing. You could even grind them into a powder if that is easier for you.
I have a question about whether it can be taken together? I have had a gastric bypass, a type of stomach reduction. I have WLS Forte, but I wanted to take Vitamin B Complex with Vitamin C. I am wondering if it can be supplemented together?

If biotin has not yielded results previously, you might also consider zinc and selenium, both of which are beneficial for hair. The best and most highly dosed selenium we have is from Vitakruid:

On 08 march 2019 by Customer serviceThe variant with added vitamin C is recommended if you are not already taking a vitamin C tablet. In that case, the extra vitamin C is a good supplement.
Neither of the products has a significant "effect". Our body requires sufficient vitamins daily to carry out all processes normally. These tablets/capsules provide some of those vitamins.
Generally, we recommend a multivitamin, so you not only get all the B vitamins and vitamin C but also all other essential nutrients such as vitamin D, iron, iodine, selenium, etc. For example, the VM-75. This is a B complex with vitamin C and all the other nutrients included.
